It's been such a lovely week in Houston. The city is just great to experience after a long day! I've seen old friends, made new ones, and got to witness the amazing FIRST Championship unfold here. (Look at that happy moon!) Now onto the next adventure!

Yesterday I was delayed on a plane for six hours during a Chicago snowstorm, today I did a few laps around the pool in a sunny Houston! (Sorry to the front desk staff who I may have startled yesterday by loudly exclaiming how happy I was to arrive.) Also I was upgraded to a suite, so that was a "suite" surprise to arrive to! Now, bring on the robots!

This week we got real creative! ⭐First I went to DIY night at the library and tried make a necklace, gave up, and hand-knitted the string into a "scrunchie". We (my librarian friend and I) ended up getting a little carried away decorating it and dubbed it my "Coachella Scrunchie"! ⭐Then I went to my sewing lesson and learned how to use the machine. The zigzag fabric was used to learn the stitches and other fun things, then I made bookmarks. Apparently hemming them was ambitious but totally paid off because I got in some good practice at messing up! I absolutely love learning and trying new things. Also I think I need a sewing machine?

When you were really craving a taco and it happened to be Taco Tuesday in your office building's deli. It sure is nice to be able to eat outside and enjoy the sun before getting back to work. So many deadlines, so little time! 😂🤷🏽‍♀️🌮🥰
