Hi everyone! Today I’m going to write all about my Chic VoxBox from Influenster! I did receive this box complimentary for review purposes, but please know that all opinions on each product are honest and my own thoughts on how the products worked for me. Also you’ll see me mention them a lot over my social media for the next few days, I’m sure!

Also I would like to say that we ate lunch out on the patio at work again and I feel like I got a slight sunburn on my shoulders just from that time. This sun is so much stronger than I remember. Also, up until now I’ve actively tried to avoid the sun so this is really a whole new world for me.

Okay, onto the box!

So my box had four amazing items that I really enjoyed testing. The first item I really tried was the eos Sensitive Shave Cream. I thought this was a great shave cream as it was very gentle. I remember I was asked in the questionnaire if I had sensitive or dry skin, which I did say sensitive and I was happy to see that the answer I gave was taken into account. I probably would consider purchasing this on my own as it was really soothing. It does retail for $3.99.

Next is the Hair Food Shampoo and Conditioner Infused with Honey Apricot Fragrance. The shampoo smells amazing and the card I got with the products does say i’s paraben free and doesn’t contain mineral oils. I really loved the shampoo. I have oily hair and I felt that there was a huge decrease in the oilyness during the time I used this shampoo so I’m really close to running out to the store to get it. For the conditioner I didn’t really notice anything too special about it and I don’t usually use conditioner so I wouldn’t pick this up at the store. They do retail for $9.99 each.

I also really enjoyed the NYX Worth the Hype Volumizing & Lengthening Mascara. It’s very dark so I really liked that right away. I also really loved the volume and the length it provided so it met all expectations! Really I felt that it was the perfect balance of both. I was also impressed with how well it stayed on. Our department at work got a new coworker for us and she’s hilarious! We laugh and tear up at least three times a day so I love that it doesn’t come off super easily. This mascara does retail for $8.00.

Lastly was the Korres Pomegrante Ahas & Enzymes Resurfacing Mask which I was apprehensive to try. However I’m really glad I tried it. The instructions say you can’t scrub too hard, which I would agree with. The mask smells amazing though and left my skin feeling a little raw (because I didn’t follow instructions) but also really soft. The mask does retail for $34.00.

Overall I thought this was a great box and I’m glad I was selected to review it. This is the fourth VoxBox I’ve received from Influenster, and I’m always so excited to see it arrive to try new things. I have to admit I did put this post off longer than intended as I did receive it last month but I got it just as I was about to leave for Houston and then I had finals to worry about. But all the items were really great and I was happy to finally be able to try them out!
