My October Favorites!

Hi everyone! Happy November! Time to share my favorites from this past month. The year seems to be going by so fast!

I don’t know about you but I’m excited for 2018 and since a lot of my work is centered around events in 2018 I sometimes feel like I’m already in next year. Plus graduation will feel that much closer!

By the way, is anyone participating in NaNoWriMo this year? It breaks my heart not to be doing it but I know I wouldn’t meet any of the daily goals. Maybe next year!

Okay, let’s get to the October favorites before I continue to get off track!

So a lot of my favorites have come from previous subscription boxes lately. In this case, it’s been the Sephora Play boxes, specifically the last one I got that I also linked there. The Urban Decay Quick Fix Primer Spray was amazing. I do love using it and it smells so good too!

I have also loved the It Cosmetics Bye Bye Undereye Illumination. I know it works because my mom told me that it looked like I had slept well the night before when really I had only slept maybe 5 hours.

My last favorite from that box was the Gucci Bloom fragrance sample. It smells so good and I loved it from the moment I sprayed it on. It doesn’t last as long as I’d like on me but that’s typical for me so I’m used to it. Just because of that I likely wouldn’t buy a full sized but I am enjoying it while it lasts!

Another item that I’ve loved is the Revlon ColorStay Ultimate Suede in 035 Backstage. I had to substitute it for 045 Supermodel as I left Backstage at work but you’ve seen these before in my review of the product. I wore Backstage one day and got so many compliments. Then I ate a wrap from our favorite local restaurant at lunch and it stayed on! My project manager was so impressed!

And the last beauty item is the Benefit Goof Proof Brown Pencil. It’s so easy to use and I am glad I picked it up. I have the shade 6 deep, which is the darkest shade. I am so used to filling in my brows now that if I forget I think I look odd!

One style favorite is my Isotoner gloves as it’s gotten quite cold here! They’re not super insulated but I mostly just need them right now in order to hold the steering wheel so my hands won’t freeze to it. So far so good!

I went to work and school as Wonder Woman on Halloween! I found this top in the juniors section of Walmart and everyone loved it. So worth the $10!
