Thank you for 1,000 Followers!

Hi everyone! Popping in really quickly to say thank you so much for 1,000 followers! I saw the number pop up yesterday (hence yesterday’s date in the image) just as the house lights were going down for a production of Les Mis (spoiler alert for Monday’s post). That is just amazing and thank you to everyone for this lovely number.

Now, I do want to say that I don’t blog for the numbers. I do it because it lets me be creative and take part in such a lovely community of people.

I can’t say that I’m surprised at the number since I have been reading my notifications. But I think it’s an overall surprise that I started this blog, that I didn’t quit (I’m stubborn but still), and that everyone here found it!

Either way, I couldn’t have done it without the community. I couldn’t possibly thank everyone that has inspired me and kept me going in one post and I’m terrified I’d forget someone but I think you know who you are out there.

  2. Wow, congrats! I’ve got a long way to go before I get to 1000, but I feel confident I will get there eventually. Of course I don’t blog for the numbers either, but it’s so satisfying knowing you have people reading. 🙂

  5. Congrats. I still need to reach 500 followers and have not reached 400 followers yet. My goal was 500 followers by the end of 2017, but now going to change that goal to 500 by end of the school year
