Hey everyone! Happy birthday USA! Today is our Independence Day so let me show you my outfits!! Hmmm, sounds weird when you put it like that I suppose. I mean, there are other things I could show you I’m sure. Like this chair bow!
How cute! But I am going to share my outfits from Sunday, yesterday, and today since why should I only celebrate the birth of the USA only on the day of? I celebrated my birthday for a whole month, so it’s only fair!
And don’t worry, Tag Me Tuesday/Thursday will resume on Thursday.
Oh and before I go to much further, I wanted to highlight two posts from my dear friends Angela and Maggie.
Angela recently featured me on her “Have you met?” series! It was such a lovely and sweet post all about me! If you don’t know Angela already, please go check her out, she’s amazing and such a wonderful person. Her baking posts are sure to make you hungry because they always look absolutely delicious and her weekend recaps are so lovely to read because her family usually is together and her mom brings out a selfie stick! We’re both huge Hamilton fans, Moana fans, and Parks and Rec fans, so clearly you’ll love her!
Maggie has a fun Summer Memories series on her blog right now and featured one from me, my trip to Mexico last year! It was so nice to look back on my time in Mexico and I can’t wait to go again someday. If you haven’t come across Maggie yet, please go visit her blog! I love to read her baking posts as well (I clearly need something sweet right now) and love reading about her lovely family as well. Her Little Accomplishments posts are always inspiring as Maggie is a hard worker and gets a lot done! Trust me, Maggie is someone you want to know if you don’t already!
Six Flags July 4th Fest Day 1!

So it’s been unseasonably chilly lately, not that I mind at all! I much prefer it to scorching heat! Still, very strange for July. Either way, I had a goal to see fireworks for the 4th of July this year, and I saw that Six Flags was having a fireworks show at the end of the night for three nights. My mom and I took off to go to Six Flags although we didn’t plan to stay for fireworks that night (we were planning to go the next night) but I still dressed to make sure I wasn’t cold. I wore a dark grey hoodie from GAP and black with blue striped leggings from GAP as well. I also wore my Adidas running shoes as well. Not the most festive outfit but very comfy and practical! Unfortunately I kinda blend into the backdrop. Whoops!
At the Office & Six Flags July 4th Fest Day 2!

The next day I actually had to work but I planned to meet my mom and sister at Six Flags after and stay for fireworks. I wore this blue-green shirt that I can’t remember where I bought it from but I think it was Maurice’s with LOFT jeans and my Call It Spring sandals. Oh and there’s my sister! She’s younger but taller. Poor me. Anyway, we ended up in Hurricane Harbor, the water park (my sister brought me my swim suit) and we hung out there until the water park closed. Then we went on a few rides and I finally saw the fireworks! Also the day was made even better when my boss decided she wanted to send us home early. She’s the best!
I also wore this Fourth of July themed headband! It’s red, white, and blue flowers on it. Super festive!
At Home – Fourth of July!
And my outfit for Fourth of July is actually quite simple. Just a black top from LOFT and black leggings. I didn’t wear anything too festive since we were just at home and plus, I was filming! I filmed my 500 Followers Q and A that I will be posting on Saturday (assuming it ever finishes uploading and I can edit it!).
Let me know what you think of my outfits! Also, did you like this kind of post? Let me know if you want to see more since I haven’t done an OOTD post in ages! Happy Fourth of July to all those in the USA and anyone else who wants to celebrate!
Thanks for reading!

I love your outfits! You looked super festive for your Six Flags celebration, and I tend to wear comfy clothes when I’m just at home too. I can’t wait for your video!! Man, my Q and A took forever to render and then upload. Like 4 hours! I got so bored 😂
Thank you for your kind words about me and my blog! I loved writing that Have You Met Pamela post, you know you’re one of my favourite people 😀
