Hi everyone! Ready for another Tag Me Tuesday? I hope so, because today I’m doing the Travel Tag! I was nominated long ago by the amazing Angela from lifeofangela tagged me when she did this tag. As I was reading I loved seeing her travels and wanted to do my own post!

What is your favorite place that you have visited?

Is it cheating if I pick my study abroad semester from college? I did a semester of college in Barcelona. While I was there I also visited Valencia, Venice, Paris, and Seville. I loved my time abroad and while I unfortunately lost a lot of my photos (all from the end of my trip) I still have these to share!

If you could visit anywhere tomorrow, where would you go?

 

I’m a huge Disney fan so I’d love to go to Disney World. Specifically I want to eat at the Be Our Guest restaurant for dinner and explore Magic Kingdom and Epcot. I’m also a huge Harry Potter fan so I’d want to go to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter as well to get a wand and cry of happiness.

Would you rather go on a city holiday or a beach holiday?

Wait, why not both?? My last two trips were work trips so I went to cities but didn’t have time to enjoy it. My last actual holiday was Mexico City, Morelia, and Acapulco, so two cities and a beach! I had a great time at each, and am happy in both settings.

My top three holiday essentials are…

My phone for pictures, my passport for identification, and comfy shoes to walk around in!

Are you an over packer or under packer?

I used to be an over packer until I studied abroad, now I’m definitely an under packer. I actually made it through Mexico with just my carry on but then needed to stick some stuff in the checked bag after buying too much there. In Houston I actually needed more warm weather clothes for the beginning of the trip when I had more downtime than I anticipated.

What is your favorite thing about holidays?

Exploring for sure! I love to walk around the streets of a new city or head down to the beach early in the morning to walk around before all the crowds arrive or the peddlers trying to sell me stuff come through.

Would you rather go on holidays with family or friends?

I really only travel with family (unless it’s a work trip which I suppose isn’t a holiday so it doesn’t count). I’d love to try a trip with friends someday! I also really love to travel alone though.

What is the most adventurous dish you’ve tried in another country?

I can’t think of anything! I am not adventurous with food, so I don’t have an answer for this. I’m not picky per say, but I just don’t enjoy food in general so I don’t care to try new things. I know, I’m weird! Everyone else loves food!
