Hey everyone! I had been planning to do this post for such a long time, pretty much since I started by blog over a year ago. For some reason I just kept putting it off and never did it, so I finally grabbed everything and took some pictures!
First up, I have all the little collection of samples! I get these all the time, and I’m sure you do too. Whenever I get anything from Sephora or Macy’s there’s usually at least one in there. Because I have so many I won’t go through all of them. I have four Victoria’s Secret samples that I believe I got from a gift set once for Christmas but I actually forget what samples I have so I forget to use them! I did smell all of them and I like most of them so I think I’ll make more of an effort to use these up. I have a Marc Jacobs one, an Estee Lauder one, two Philosophy Loveswept ones, and a bunch more!
Normally when I get perfumes I buy rollerball versions. I do this for a few reasons. First, perfume can be quite expensive, so I don’t often want to spend money on bottles of perfume. Second, I like to change what scent I use, and don’t often use the whole bottle when I do buy it. Third, they’re so much easier to keep in my handbag when traveling or out for the day.
My favorites right now are my Nest Midnight Fleur and Elizabeth and James Nirvana Rose. The others from the left, I have a Tracy by Ellen Tracy perfume, gifted to me by my mom. Since it’s old I don’t use it but I had liked it so much I haven’t gotten rid of it. I also have the small Elizabeth and James Nirvana Black rollerball. Two old favorites are the Chloe and See by Chloe rollerballs. And lastly I have one that I got for my birthday a few years ago from a college friend. I haven’t actually used it but because it’s my favorite Disney Princess Belle, I have kept it.
And now for my full bottle collection! From the left I have a Victoria Secret Night Jasmine perfume, which is very floral and girly so I don’t use it very often. It does seem like a younger female’s perfume. Next is the Victoria Secret Bombshells in Bloom that my mom bought me one year for my birthday. I like it a lot still but again, it is quite young so I don’t use it as often anymore. My favorite is my Jo Malone English Pear and Freesia perfume that I use for special occasions and theatre days. My old favorite Burberry Brit, which used to be my “special occasion” perfume during my college days. I got through a lot of it before I stopped using it but I still keep the bottle. I also have an older Taylor Swift perfume which is also for a younger person but smells pretty good. My mom gave it to me when she worked at Target and they were switching out the older samples. And in the front is an Oriflame Rose perfume that I bought from my cousin in Mexico when I went last year. Oriflame is a company like Mary Kay, where there are consultants who sell the products. I don’t use it often because it’s so pretty but smells so good!
And there’s my perfume collection! As to how I display it, I keep my perfumes all on this vintage glass tray. All the samples are in a little box to keep them all together, my Jo Malone perfume lives in it’s box with the ribbon still done, and the roller balls are in the box and this vintage tea cup and saucer set my sister gave me. I love it a ton! I normally do keep my most used perfumes on my vanity but normally they live on this tray.
Let me know what your favorite perfume is in the comments! I’m interested to know!
Thanks for reading!
we have the same taste. I used to spend so much money on perfume, but then they started making those roller ball applicators which I love. Newest follower here 🙂

Yeah! They’re not as impressive as the full sizes I guess but work just the same and are much more wallet friendly! Thank you for reading and following!!! Welcome!!!

Thanks for sharing your collection. You have a lot of fragrances I haven’t smelled yet, so now I’m curious to test them out at the department store counter. I don’t like rollerballs because I prefer to spray my perfume instead of rolling it over my skin. But I do love minis, for the same reason that you like rollerballs.

Oh my preference is sprays too but I just can’t seem to use them fast enough so I do roller balls to try to waste less perfume before it goes bad now. But sprays are definitely my favorite kind!
